Who are We?
We are an online community of child care leaders who share ideas, challenges, solutions, and wins!
Based in the U.S. with a private Facebook group, we are fostering a healthy, safe, positive environment to grow in our careers. We are NOT your average social media page. Our child care expert, Ms. Jen, publishes a weekly newsletter with her own experiences (problems and solutions!) in order to help other leaders in the field of early childhood education.
My name is Jen and I have been in the early childhood education field for over 30 years and I have been in many roles: teacher, director, trainer, and a current owner of 5 learning centers in Northeast Ohio!
The past few years have really taught me that all of us in this industry need to collaborate and stick together in order to make it through and leave a positive impact on our communities. That lead me to start this community and newsletter, Crayons to Clipboards.
I have a FREE weekly newsletter that drops every Wednesday where I pick a relevant experience or lesson I have learned and simply share it with you, in hopes that it helps you ELEVATE yourself as a leader, and EMPOWERS you with new ways to GROW yourself, your team, and your center.
